Hello n_n the best thing to do is to have sony vegas, use the cut you'd like for your gif and save it as a .mov file. After that, you'll need adobe photoshop cs. Click on file, import video frames to layers and open up that .mov file you saved. all you need to do is resize it to your liking and click on "save for web" and that's it ^^
