Well i don't feel much confident about such things as maths, chemistry etc. but i feel very confident about the things i am currently studying (coding), but of course only to the point we've been studying so far, obviously i'm not a professional yet but in comparison to the current level, i'm doing very well. how about your skills? :)

...giving clear instructions and keeping the team together and the project on the schedule. I've been a project manager for a couple of times and the project results have turned out well. Well i've had some issues in cooperating with my latest project team due to the fact that people can't just do the job... so i had to do most of the "difficult" stuff alone by myself :/ -- thought that was my choice to, obviously i didn't want the project results to be bad. ...i am very dedicated and take a lot responsibility. That has downsides too, e.g. doing other peoples work, doing too much work (has happened to me).
But i like the regular members job too, cause then i don't have to worry so much and i can focuse more on my own part of the project.
How about you? Are you a born leader? :)
