Well, the thing is that it's not too bad right now, but as the playoffs creep closer, the Canucks fandom explodes. Non-fans start donning jerseys, the carflags are everywhere. Since the Bruins are in the east, the hate rises as both teams get closer to the Stanley cup, and then once we found out that both the Canucks and the Bruins were in the finals... wow. People who didn't know what hockey was were all on my case. I was somewhat the vent of hatred for my entire school.

Lol really? They're all hardcore Avs fans here really. Even people who don't like hockey are all go Avs, but my friend is in to hockey and we went through a rough patch in our friendship because she hates the Bruins and we almost couldn't be friends anymore, it was really stupid but I'm to big a hockey fan to really agree to disagree

I've been trying to keep a low profile honestly. You can't really do it that much around here unless you're with close friends who already know (they're all Canucks supporters and don't really mind the occasional joke). I know only a few other Bruins fans here. It's tough, but after the stanley cup, it was worth it! I was so happy when it was gonna be Canucks Vs. Bruins, so in a way, it was a win-win :)

Honestly I like the CO Avs, but I'm openly into the Bruins! I bet it's hard living in Vancouver and liking them huh? I bet they're all home team support! xD But I'm honestly the only Bruins fan in my range not including my dad, but I haven't met anyone else here who is a Bruins fan.

Well, it says you live in Colorado.. is it hard living there and being a Bruins fan? I live in Vancouver.. it's not the easiest (especially during the finals, ugh, nearly got punched in the face one day)
