I inquired with a fellow staff member on TVAnts. And I was told you need to fiddle around with the settings. This is what he did to make it work:
1. Open your TVAnts and go to the 'Servers' tab.
2. Click the "list.tvants.com" server, and click 'Modify'.
3. Change the name and address to 'list.ccants.com'.
4. Click the 'Add' button to add a new server.
