As for TSB, I wanted it short, sharp and ambiguous. I didn't like killing Jessica (hence, why I cried a bit) but for the story, it was necessary, so as to show how far Taeyeon had fallen as a victim of unrequited love. If I didn't make it so, that Jessica died, Taeyeon's character wouldn't have made sense, and readers would not have understood the depth of her love for Tiffany.
