Yo dongsaeng! There is a program that you can use to just to make the gifs, it's virtualdub. Virtualdub is free, but to edit and stuff you'd still need ImageReady and sadly IR isn't offered as a standalone program. You'd need to get PS(5-C2) with it. I'll try to see what I can find.. But other than that, haha I can make the page topper and ender for now. I just need to go f
