oh, it ain't that hard actually, nowadays there are a lot of tutorials on youtube =), i half learned it by myself (dats why my icons dont come out as i wish them to be :S) and half watched tuts on YT, they helped me a lot actually, but it was hard at the start, but now its all fine, i only do icons when i feel to :D
