Back then I didn't want topics to split as I feel that there were valuable posts from the older threads that are gone to waste. I've just recently taken over the Sunny section and will fix the Index as well as merge any topics that are duplicated.

Yes, those are of the same kind of topic. However, if you check the first post of the later dated one, it was a new proposal from the previous ex-Mod of the Sunny section to make a newer version of the thread. You may find a few other topics that he asked members to "re-vamp". They've since forgotten to update that project and the mod has resigned due to personal reasons.
