TaeGangers and YoonAddicts are everywhere. I swear if the two factions ever gained up, they could beat down the other 7 biases put together. ;___; Sunny's underrepresented. I hope to gain at least 1 Sunshiner next application time.

Vi's purdy rad. Member biased? Do you mean in the sense of SSF members or SNSD? It's a yes to both. Still, spamming and reporting and whatnot are still dealt with the same way, can't be lenient.

Haha, it's an interview via MSN/Skype [: If you're modding, you're expected to have it. I have problems remembering everyone's names. xD There's quite a few staff members.
Overall though, it's been a fun experience. It feels nice being involved in something I'm passionate about, y'know? ^oo^

It was the longest interview I'd ever had. 2 hr+ process. Of course, it was by typing, so some people took a long time to get the questions all type out. [: It was a bit nerve wracking, but the interviewers were supportive if you got the right answers.

They like the fierce ones rawwwwr ;D Pwahaha~ They had a prelim cut and then an interview cut. I think like 4-6 people made prelims and then they picked the top 2. A lot of it was based on passion, previous experience, and your skill set. My application was looooong. [: If you want, I'd be happy to go over what's expected with you~

lolol, the thing is, when i realised that they were hiring mods in charge of sunny's section and the artworks section, i applied. i guess my application wasn't as good as yours, gah. X.X some mods are pretty fierce, so i wrote that i'd be a good, nice and friendly one. (: i still got rejected. =="
