The expectation is that you will join in and take photos with the rest of the group you are assigned to, at the locations they are assigned to. I would consider it poor form for a person to collect their poster and just leave.

oh, and one more question ! will we work as a group or individually ? i saw Malaysian SONEs, they divide their people and work as a group. it seem easier than working alone... ^^

I'll put out a message as soon as I get some posters in- i don't have any yet. Currently it's planned for the 9th but that is contingent on FedEx behaving themselves :)
