well, you can upload the picture you have now onto any site like tinypic, or photobucket but before that you have to make the picture smaller (100x100 pixels). Then after you upload you have to have only the picture on the url page then copy and paste the url

What you do is you click on Edit Profile on your page, then go to change avatar on the left side and from there you just upload a 100x100 pixel icon or gif and save then you're all set. And nice to meet you Anis from Malaysia, hope that helped ^^
