wear long sleeves while sleeping, if you wake up in the morning all sweaty, take a shower then you'll be fine. Oh fon't turn on the fan or anything. Get well soon. -IAJ

It works for me but not sure for you. Go get some rest, take a nap. Don't turn on the fan or anything, if you wake up with sweat, then it's good. cause the sweat is what makes you sick, it comes out in sweat form. Afterwards go shower yourself then you should be fine. If not go see a doctor. Oh make sure you're wearing long sleeves while sleeping, or else you won't sweat.
