If SOPA passes with PIPA, SSF, YouTube, Google and Wikipedia will not be available all around the world. Aka everyone will get a life, but will be sad. I don't like sad. D:

But I think they're relenting a LITTLEEE~ although I think if SOPA passes with PIPA we won't be able to access ssf anyway D: haha you can learn :) I have an unnie who learnt by herself and now she subs videos (Y)
