Taeny didn't use IVF because I wanted to assert that they are different from Yoonhyun. It's not revealed yet how the families are different but they are very different. You'll notice Taeny's family atmosphere is more tender and serious while Yoonhyun is occasionally serious but mostly full of fun and laughter. This will shape the way in which Jessica and Yuri grow up. You'll see later on lol.
