Hmm yeah, I make gifs too so I kinda know. There are some websites that rip an image sequence off a video and turn it into a gif, so you can't really resize it. Thought you used something like that.

you can use a program or make them online! just google 'how to make gifs' (: personally, I use a program called camtasia ^^ and most of the lag actually happens when you upload them onto a media hosting site, so. as for my tragically huge gifs, they were accidents lol. I'm new to making gifs.
