that's just a formal name... i just call myself a subber :) you just hav to be on the lookout for watever job you want... i waited close to a year to get a spot :) For my position specifically, i'm not a coordinator so i wouldn't know exactly when apps reopen but you'd probably need to wait a bit... apps just closed like 3mths ago... do you want to be a subber specifically or just pt of staff?
