23rd oct... omg 2dae was madness.they allowed midnite queueing and it was havoc. about 1k ppl were outside our shopping mall and it was really chaotic..gosh i shldnt had went..nw we all hafa number tag and still awaiting wad happens..tsk tsk

im not yet sure if there's an entrance fee, maybe they'll announce some information regarding the event maybe around november or december :D you can check their fan page at facebook, its kpop and culture fest, so you can be updated with informations regarding the event :):D
