About Me
I won't bore readers with the whole full detail about myself, though I'm more than happy to share my initial moments knowing SNSD, loved by all, up to the present. You would pretty much see a reflection of myself as you read this .
So let's go back to the year 2007. Sound familiar? Yes, it is indeed the year when the girls, loved by all, started their début. Introducing their first song "Into the New World" they have indeed captivate me in some ways. You wonder why I didn't fall in love at first sight? Simply because I was not into Kpop and was still a Jpop fan(though I'm a fan of both now). One thing I am blessed with, is the presence of a fellow male native Korean friend, whose name I rather not say for security reasons. The reason is simple, he is a fellow fan of SNSD . Now the reason I mention him is because if not for him I would have lost track of the girls' progress throughout the initial years.
Then it was the year 2009. I'm sure you all must know what I'm thinking by mentioning this particular year, but I'll come to that soon . It was this particular year that I started to walk down the path towards Kpop and in particular, as a fan of SNSD, loved by all . It all happened with an unfortunate turn of events. Have any of you experience the 'blue screen of death'? It was exactly what I experienced and as a result all my collections(mostly Jpop) I have accumulated thus far disappeared before my eyes. It was a shocking experience, I didn't believe it at first... I of course cried of my loss . It was the most stoic moment of my life. Being a person driven by music I was practically devastated. I was basically lost... but something happened... something I saw on TV... MTV to be exact. I saw the girls, with their latest song at the time that not only shook the Korean music industry, but all of East Asia... "Gee". Yes that's correct, their song topped in almost every chart and even shown on one of the world's most famous channel MTV. Funnily enough, I must thank my mother for actually pointing out that there were pretty girls on TV right at the time . It was at that moment my life completely changed.
(This is pretty much the picture in my head at the time )
Now I've mentioned my Korean friend yes? Well obviously enough, he was one the who guided me in the dark times of my life, even now I still consider him as a senior. He guided me in knowing the blessed girls' names and other basic information and ultimately, all their songs I have missed since their début. However one such path must only be travelled by oneself, for there is no use in loving them when not discovered by yourself . So I walked down this path up to the present time.
Simply enough, SNSD, Girls Generation, Soshi, these girls, loved by all, are the ones that fuels me with inspiration and driving force, other than my family, to continue on living through hardship in this life. I for one feel blessed for being born in this particular period of time, to bear witness and meet these beautiful, wonderful girls. So this is the briefest summary of my experience knowing SNSD, loved by all. I hope I haven't bore someone to death . To those who have read until the end Thanks for reading, I appreciate it . If there is anything else you would like to know, (which may never be the case lol) I'll be more than happy to provide as much as I am able.
Well then, take care all of you! SNSD Hwaiting! SoShi Forever! and Thank you SONE!
