The story of... How I Got Into K-POP ^^


     Two years ago, I was at a mall with my family. Before we could go home, my parents always go to the store that sells televisions, speakers, DVD players and electrical stuff every time. When they looking for something, I would just wonder everywhere in that store watching TV... One day at the same mall in that same store, I was a korean music video which was 'Oh!'. When I saw it, I gash I felt like, ' These girls are so cute'. The music video replayed again and I was the whole video... I saw Sunny looking too cute in the end. She was the one that I like the first and another thought pop into my mind:" Yup... The one with the sparkling red tennis cap and cute piggy tales is my favorite... If only I knew her name..." Then, I saw HyoYeon... Which was the one who I recognized the most in the video... >.<

     When the video was over, I walled to another TV that was showing 'Gee'. At first I thought it was another group singing but I was HyoYeon in it and was wondering where would Sunny be.... Lastly, I walked to ANOTHER TV showing the 'Run Devil Run' music video... I couldn't see HyoYeon in there and thought it was another group. Then, I when home... I didn't research the group because I was too LAZY and my mom had to use the computer. And it seems like when I go to any television store, I always saw the 'Oh!' music video and 'Run Devil Run'....

     A year past, in June or July... My friend told my something about SNSD. She said that her favorite member was Tiffany and I asked:" Who's Tiffany?" She answer and said Tiffany is her bias and the most beautiful one she lay her eyes on.. And that's when I started to wonder... After Christmas, it about to become a new life for me and should better do a research on SNSD. That's when I saw so many music videos on SNSD... Like 'Mr. Taxi' , 'Genie', 'Echo', 'Bad Girl' and more... At first, when I saw the genie MV, I caught my eyes on TaeYeon... So it saw like a week of me liking TaeYeon... But then I studied the members and got their names right... By the time I knew who the cutest member was -- Sunny. New years came, I got ready for a new life in school. I didn't have friends then. At one assembly, I sat at the back of a girl, I saw her writing down SNSD songs. I stared to talk to her and now we share the same interest in SNSD. She even talked to me about other groups like f(x), Super Junior, 2NE1 and all kinds of KPOP... We became friends with other KPOP lovers and described some for us like Big Bang, EXO-K, EXO-M, 4 Minute and SHINee...

I got into other KPOP groups by learning their names, studying their faces, listening to their songs and watching unboxings on YouTube Channels like 'TheChannelOfDylan' and '9scollective' ....

    So there you go... And that's how I got into KPOP....

Now time for the story of why Sunny is my FAVORITE MEMBER...

**If you read the top part of my first story, you should know... But in case if you don't know, I suggest we start the story...^^

So, the first SNSD MV that I saw was Oh! That's when I caught my eye on Sunny. Then a few months past and I when to a DVD, VCD and CD store called "Artist Gallery" I when inside and saw SNSD's third mini album 'HOOT'.... I didn't buy it. All I did was took it and looked at the back of the album...(which had all the member's names) I did see Tiffany, but I was scared that Tiffany was the cutest one.. I was scared because my friend said that Tiffany is her bias and stuff like that. But she also said that Tiffany cannot be MY bias because my friend didn't like people copying her. My choices on picking my bias was tricky.

Weeks past, I when into that same shop that sells DVDs... I bought a DVD that had all of KPOP music videos including SNSD's GENIE... I played the genie MV for like 100 times just to figure out where is Tiffany and Sunny, but instend... I caught my eye on TaeYeon.. So, it was a week on TaeYeon as you all properly know... On night at StarBucks, I look up some pictures of Sunny and gladly, she is not the one my friend had chosen. So... my favorite member is Sunny and not because she's the cutest but the one I caught my eye on first... Ever since then, she's always been my favorite... And I alway lived by that reason why Sunny is my bias...

So, if anyone asked you why who like one of SNSD member, don't just give them a lousy reason like 'She pretty' or 'She's the best of all the members' Give a reason that they or you can accept...

And if you ask my how I remerized their faces and how I got their names correct, DON'T because I forgot how
