The fact that Taeyeon always tries to hold her tears in to sort of like, be the pillar of strength for SNSD is one of the things that I really love about her...but when you do see her cry, it's just heartbreaking. ):

I think all leaders of idol groups and such should get a recognition.
Because of their leader title, sometimes, they try not to show a 'crying' side of them.
And I was reading an article before about DBSG.
They said that leaders always have the hardest time because they need to teach the other members & yell at them (even if they don't want to) if they did something wrong. Usually, the leader gets the criticism and has the burden to carry.

Yeah,, I rarely saw Taeyeon unnie cry in front of the people.. She's so strong and really good on controlling her emotions..
And Sunye unnie is really taking care of her other members.. She's really caring..

One thing I like about her is her courage. I agree with Tsuna. The way she tries to hold her tears back makes her the source of strength for the girls.

Taeyeon is a very strong leader, and I admire her for that. Leading 8 others cant be easy, she reminds of of Yunho who tries his best to hold the tears back onstage as the leaders usually have to give a thank you speech after winning the award.

Taeyeon doesn't seem to think she's worthy of the position of leader, and she tries not to exert her authority because the age gap isn't that large, but in truth I understand why the other girls wanted Taeng to be the leader.
With her toughness, her listening and speaking ability, her amazing vocals and the way she watches the other girls...Shoo in really. ^^
And her baby face is icing on the cake.
She's so strong and tough and caring, she's become so much of a leader since the debut.
The fact that she tries to hide her feelings and stay strong for the sake of the other kids is part of her charm, but the fact that she gets just overcome with emotion sometimes and has to cry is just cute. ^^

cool, never rly knew there was a clear seperation in different types of leaders, but o well.
taeyeon really does seem to have a very motherly figure in the group
its very strong and courageous of her to not cry and get the group emotional.
as a leader she has a lot of responsibility to carry :-/
we worry that she wont be able to handle, but
there always the fans to be there when she needs us
