I can't say enough why I like Taeyeon as a leader but never crying is definitely not the only quality I like about her

For me, seeing someone holding in their tears is more painful than crying. I don't like showing tears in front of people either, but it's mostly because of pride, I guess. But in her case, even though she wants to, Taeyeon probably feels like it's better to not show any sign of vulnerability.

these leaders are really amazing on how they manage, hold and lead their members. I love their bond with other members as well. They really do the best of things they can to be a good leader. I've always liked being a leader (as what is said on my personality test - acting like a leader).

I adore TaeTae's strong willed self, Yunho's will power, Teukie's smile and dimples + his love for his dongsaengs.. they're leaders who should set a good example to all people.

The paragraph described Taeng really well cause that's exactly the feeling she gives us. It's so true that it's hard to lead a group of 9 people than say a group of 5 people...didn't the girls say whenever they have questions they couldn't answer they would just turn to Taeng for help? The extra responsibility that the leader has is probably heavier than what most of us can image...
