[A message from SNSD] The victims have our deepest sympathy

We would like to express our deepest sympathy to the victims of the Tohoku Pacific Ocean Earthquake. We came to know about the news of the earthquake in Thailand. Regarding SNSD who has activities in Japan, this isn't somebody else's problem and all of the members are concerned. Even now, the aftershocks, tsunami and disasters continuously occur and there is serious damage. This current condition pains our hearts very much. We pray from our hearts that everybody will peacefully overcome this hardship.

From the SNSD members

I was wondering if they'd have anything to say about it (especially considering their activities there).
It's good that they've sent out a message.
Thanks for the translation~

I'm glad SNSD expressed this to the victims from Japan. The girls are probably feeling more bcoz they have fans and activities in Japan. This shows they are not ignorant, very kind hearted indeed.

I am so sad for what have happened to Japan, it's terrible! I cried for hours, thinking about the poor people living in the areas that where totally destroyed, And watching the people who's still looking for their family, it breaks my heart.

As a Sooyoungster, I promise to cherish and love the Shikshin goddess.
I will feed the shikshin whenever she is hungry.
I will be as strong as an unbeatable tiger
I will eat as much as I want despite what others say. I will cry if my heart wants too.
I will be the Shikshin's source of energy and happiness.

It's a relief they weren't in the country during the catastrophe. Although this disaster may have halted some of their activities, their safety is much more important. My prayers and thoughts goes out to all those affected in Japan. I hope I can donate what little I have for this cause.
