It's nice of Yoon A to give out 'thank you' cards to the staff. It seems that she's written a lot of cards and her thoughtfulness is really endearing.

I don't think it matters much that the messages were short because it was personalized. In the translated message, she mentioned her interactions with the addressee. I'm sure she made an effort to do the same with each staff member.
