Aigoo. I'm sorry to hear that. I don't know why as well. I have no problem in viewing my shout box. I wonder what happened to yours. But still, you need to have at least 10 posts for you to join the shout box. :) Oh, and PM list means Personal Messaging if I'm not mistaken. Hehe. Aigoo. It's okay!! It's no trouble at all!! ^_^
