Depends on which portrait you are talking about! :P
For the TaeYeon Puffy cheeks I used computer paper. All the other portraits I used a sketch pad.

Nope, I never took lessons at all. I learned by inspiration from my cousin when I was 6 or 7 years old. Started out with cartoons all the way till I was 17 or 18 years old. I have come from that point ever since.

Of course Kalbeen. Don't give up man! Keep drawing! I started out with stick figures about 4 years ago? Since those 4 years I have gotten to where I am today. ^_^
