Yes, thanks for your reply on the thread and yeah I saw your post of needed/missing cheat sheets, Wow! so excited to get started here. I plan to get started on them right after SMTown & our Meetup at LACC. But first I'm slowly moving from Oxnard to Temecula/Corona areas by end of August. Blessings..

Sorry! Andrew Chi, Shamaticgrl and I have been going over that contract with a fine-toothed comb to make sure that we don't get screwed over should anything go wrong. Shamaticgrl signed and sent the contract back last night. It's good to go. The JW will be contacting us shortly with an event manager to take care of all the bookings.

I managed to reach my contact. We hammered out a few minor details. The contract for the group booking should reach me tomorrow so I'll let you know everything as soon as I find out.

Not a problem at all! I believe we currently have enough rooms to get the group rate. I'll just confirm with the original crew that's booking at the JW and I'll get back to you with a number to call and a person to talk to.

I'm getting 1 room for myself only; it's a group reservation but we pay separately upon check in, correct? We just provide the hotel with the group member names, maybe. I'm gonna need to confirm lodging by before this weekend, if at all possible.

The $159/night price tag stands. At this point, I believe we have enough rooms to fill the 10 room minimum but we're confirming with everybody to make sure that they're serious about committing. Out of curiosity, how many people will be with you?

yeah. it was so weird! 5 hours later and I got a ticket off of ticketmaster.com.. I almost didn't believee that suddenly 180 dollar tickets were available. so weird.
