...by putting a disclaimer like "Don't take what I wrote personally ", it is akin to punching someone and then casually shrugging it off with an insincere apology.
If you have nothing nice to say, it's better not to voice it at all, or at least have the consideration to couple the good with the bad. Please consider the feelings of others.

It astonishes me that one who claims that Tiffany is his favourite SNSD member, can know so little about her characteristics.
"The bit about Tiffany misjudging the speed for her getting off the couch is unbelievable."; clearly, you have never seen Tiffany trip over smooth surfaces nor her innate clumsiness which sporadically causes problems
