lol. Congrats on your finals. My chem one was fail, but I expected it. Anyways, the rep thing is nothing complicated. People are able to vote on posts that they like, etc. and thus you earn a rep point every time someone clicks the + button at the bottom of one of your posts. That's basically it and eventually their could possibly be rewards of some sort attached to it, but for now its just that.
