The easiest way imo is to get the frames with VirtualDub save them as .tga then open them with ImageReady.
I got a question for you now, I have photoshop cs3 and along with it came ImageReady, but it went missing!!! W

It's like a bank account that works all over the world via internet, I'm not sure how to explain it, but you need international credit card and sign up. I tried creating an acoount before but I had problems with thte credit card, I found it really confusing..
