look for the "Animation" tool/window. (File...View or Tool>Animation). create "New" for different frames. set the timing. click "Play". that's about it. :)

in PShop, on the lefthand side is the toolbox, click on the last bottom icon to open ImageReady. in IReady, your layer window should be the same as Pshop; with all your pics on their own layers.

mmm, u need 2 open PShop with the pictures. each pic with their own layers. 1st pic at the bottom, while the last the highest layer. then open ImageReady.

hmmm... if you have ps do this... XDDD
1st make a text... example the letter A... then put anywhre in the picture... and in the layer tab... drag the pic layer above the text later.. then hold Alt... while holding alt click the arrow in the line between the text layer and pic layer.. then voila... ^^
