Let's take for example you want to post your fanvideo about Jessica. You can post 1 thread in the Other Talents section. You can also post it in Jessica's Spazz Thread (http://soshified.com/forums/index.php/topic/3734-sicaism-gorjess-spazzers/) as a comment if you wish to do so. Just make sure that there are no 2 same threads about the same topic in the forum ^^

I think it belongs more in Other Talents ^^
However, if you want to share it with fans of the specific girl (eg. Jessica fans), you can post in their respective spazz threads (they're pinned topics) instead of creating a 2nd thread in their section.
