It generally means submitting 10 non-spamming posts in the forum. There are lots of topic threads to choose from and share your thoughts with the other members here on the site. Once you posted up 10 of these, you'll be able to access the Shoutbox. ^_^ Hope this helps. Enjoy the forum.
