I personally use it in the context that the person is a waste of space (not referring to you cain :) ) and that he aint worth your time kind of thing. so yeah :P and we ganna be both 19 for couple of months lool.

we're not technically the same age. I'm turning 19 soon whereas turning 20 soon. so yeah. and you're right about wasted but me and my classmates used since we were like 16. so it became a habit :P
