Just PM grandma deer with the subject 'Name Change Request' or something like that and then in your message just ask nicely if you could have a name change to "_____" You should have your request within a month or so..

Just lurkin! Sorry! But, my first name change took about a month after I sent the pm, so it'll take a bit longer than a week/few days before you get your request. Just thought I'd tell you in case you think the pm was lost along the way.
