1) are minho n yul still engaged? - Does it matter? LOL. I purposely made it ambiguous so you guys could procure your own ending. It's implicit that they break up, though.
2) Is sica die at the end? - Yes.
3) who was sica husband? - It's explained in the spoiler. She never had a real husband. It was a game she used to play with Krystal. Essentially, Krystal is her 'Seobang'.
