im using photoshop 7 :3 well, when do i press ctrl+alt+shift? while ps loads before it closes? i tried pressing it all while i was on the desktop but nothing happened. =.= T^T

it's alright. :) as for the PS prob, u are running which version? u can try pressing ctrl+alt+shift & you get a dialog asking if you want to reset Photoshop to defaults, click yes.
