yeahh at least let them know so they'll do a better job or whatever. >.> but then again it could be the shipping transportation too. i don't know...LOL noo I didn't loose patience. =P the stem was really hard to cut and my thumb was kinda in the way so when I pulled the blade kinda grazed against my thumb. no worries though I didn't get any cut. haha
