I consulted the other staff members in charge of the message book, and if the country is not provided, then chances are that the message will not be chosen for the book. There are a lot of messages to screen through so it's really hard to allow exceptions or look through incomplete entries.

About the 4th Anniversary Message Book, I'm really not keen on revealing my country openly. Yet I'd quite like to participate nonetheless, so is there maybe a way to go around this? (I could maybe tell you personally or you could IP-check.)
Anyhow, I'd appreciate some of your thoughts on this. Other than that, sorry for the disturbance and thanks for reading...

It's been a while!
I've had my computer out of commission & somewhat of a busy RL going on for a bit there.
