The reputation thing is a new thing that Soshified has. On the bottom-right of forum posts, there's a little green "plus" (+) sign. If you like what someone posted, press the green plus button and you'll get their Reputation points up. Here, I'll give you Reputation for something you posted that I liked. Your Reputation will be 1 in a little bit.

alrighty. first, go to your profile (if you're reading this, you're obviously already there, haha). Then find that green button on the top right, "Edit my Profile". Click it. There should be a box for you to put your member title in. like this: http://img529.imageshack.us/img529/5372/membertitle.jpg
