That's good! I do that too, study between classes, but right before it, I just relax and try not to think about till it's too late to worry, let me know how it works out! :D and try to look somewhere so it'll seem like you're looking at the public but you're not, like a table or the middle part of a wall ;D

Well, what I do is... Study a lot, but not until the last moments. Just before you get up, do something else, get your mind busy, then, go without thinking about what you're doing and start! You'll be doing the declamation before you know it, and you won't get a chase to be nervous (:
