anemia? hmm You know that´s because of hypoferremia and vitamin B12 deficiency, right. You need to eat better. First you should drink more water and you should take a walk(for oxygen, that´s important). You need to eat more Fish, meat, fruit and vegetables. You should learn something from Yoona, our Shikshin :D
