I don't really have good handstands, but I can hit a hollowback for 3-5 secs average.
Except... it's not deep enough... Sigh LOL

thats good, keep practicing handstands until you master it, standing on your hands should be almost as easy as standing on your feet
and for hollowbacks, you kinda got me there, hollows aren't really one of my strong points
all i can really say is practice bridges to stretch out your shoulders lol

hmm...
i would say that you still need to work on the handstand abit more, because you really have to know how to control your whole body, especially if you're just on one hand.
for now, just keep practicing your handstand till you can hit 30+ seconds
ill try to come up with a handhop tutorial soon, there's alot of other stuff that i can't really explain in word...
