Really??? I haven't heard of that before...But it seems that Dragon might be able to use Haoshoku Haki, because when Luffy accidentally unleashed his Haoshoku Haki during the Whitebeard War, Vice Admiral Doberman said that it is only natural that he has it since he is the son of Dragon.
