Sure ^^ Let me see...
You go to "Change avatar", then go to the website that you get pictures, after you pick your picture, it must be only 100 X 100 in size, then copy the link of that picture, then paste it on the box that says "Enter a URL to an online avatar image". Hope I helped :D
