well my parents prefer me going out with company, so i won't get lost or "kidnapped." well over here, since there are a lot of schools in the district, depending on where you live decides which one you go to unless you have a permit.

oh lol. i can't go with my friends much cuz my parents would want to come with us to make sure nothing happens.. i can go to my backyard though XDD lol

oh really? like the school i go to requires for you to live in the area, so that's probably why there are a lot of friends that live nearby.
ahaha, i get what you mean by making plans. my dad treats me as if i'm in house arrest but my mom is a bit more let-loose.
