Not a problem at all! I believe we currently have enough rooms to get the group rate. I'll just confirm with the original crew that's booking at the JW and I'll get back to you with a number to call and a person to talk to.

I'm getting 1 room for myself only; it's a group reservation but we pay separately upon check in, correct? We just provide the hotel with the group member names, maybe. I'm gonna need to confirm lodging by before this weekend, if at all possible.

The $159/night price tag stands. At this point, I believe we have enough rooms to fill the 10 room minimum but we're confirming with everybody to make sure that they're serious about committing. Out of curiosity, how many people will be with you?

Yup: $159/night is ok with me; I'm looking at 2 nights from 9/3 to 9/5, if that's ok? Let me know please. Just to mention, AAA adds another $9.00 less of rate discount if you are a member, also Senior & Military have their own discounts too. They may honor those together with group rates but we have to inquire.

You realize that the JW is only offering $159/night with the group rate, right? And that's only if we can book 10+ room. The LA Downtown Marriott, which is a bit further away, is the one that offers $119/night.
