It's cold in Sweden too. Yesterday we got snow for the second time this year! I'm freezing to death! So I don't think M'sia will be that cold if I go there. ^^
We have chocolate. xD but I think you are thinking of Switzerland. They have A LOT of chocolate. And I heard from my friend that had been there that it's delicious chocolate too.^^
