SM Entertainment has announced a new project named “STATION”, which will involve weekly online song releases from SM Entertainment artists. Taeyeon will be the first of the label’s artists to release a song for “STATION”, which will be titled “Rain”.

The SMTOWN YouTube channel has just uploaded a brief teaser for Taeyeon’s “Rain”. The single and its corresponding music video are due to be released in February.

“I”, the single from Taeyeon’s first solo album of the same name, was released in October of last year. The album then proceeded to quickly achieve an all-kill on Korean music charts, as well as becoming the top seller on iTunes in many other countries.
