On October 14th, Taeyeon won first place on MBC’s “Show Champion” with her solo debut song, “I”, as Champion Song. Taeyeon did not perform on the show, but was announced as this week’s winner at the end of the program by host Kim Shinyoung. The “Show Champion” Twitter also tweeted its congratulations to Taeyeon.

Taeyeon will make appearances later this week on Mnet’s “M! Countdown”, a KBS “Music Bank” special, MBC’s “Show! Music Core”, and SBS’s “Inkigayo” for performances of “I”.
