On September 15th, Sooyoung and SHINee’s Minho attended COACH’s Spring/Summer runway show at New York Fashion Week. The event, which coincided with the luxury brand’s 75th anniversary, featured models boasting a selection of high class bags, shoes, leather outfits, and frocks. Tuesday’s show also marks the second time Sooyoung has attended a COACH fashion week event, the last time having been February earlier this year.
After arriving in New York City late on Sunday night, September 13th, Sooyoung turned out at Fashion Week on September 15th dressed to kill in ankle boots, a leather skirt, and a v-neck sweater from the COACH line. As the show kicked off, Sooyoung shared a photo of Minho and herself to her official Instagram account, captioned: “We are here! #CoachSpring2016 #ChoiTwins”.
As at every Fashion Week, the media was in a frenzy covering the highlights of the runway shows and their stylish celebrity attendees. Sooyoung and Minho were not passed over. In a photo article titled “Celebrities Front Row At New York Fashion Week”, Fuse included a blurb on the South Korean idols’ appearance. Fashion magazine “Harper’s Bazaar” also gave the idols a mention on one of its Instagram accounts.
COACH gave a shout out to Sooyoung in specific, tweeting on September 16th, “Sooyoung Choi joins us on the #HighLine for #CoachSpring2016 #NYFW”.

Jessica was also present at New York Fashion Week. The celebrity designer appeared at Diane von Furstenberg’s Spring 2016 show, after receiving an invite from the designer herself. Jessica shared a photo of herself and the fashion designer to her official Instagram, thanking von Furstenberg for a “Great show”.
